⦁ RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any products that have been unopened may be returned to Cool Hog within 14 days the customer received the order. The customer must send an email to info@Coolhog.co.uk, within 7 working and also let us know their order number, product description, reason for return and whether they would like a replacement or refund. All orders must be sent back in the same condition as they were supplied. Any products that appear to have been opened will not be processed for returns or refunds. If the customer would like a refund, the full order amount will be refunded to them and processed to their payment card within 30 days. However, we cannot cover the cost of the return postage.

⦁ Order by 1pm to receive your purchase the next business day.

⦁ Delivery between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

⦁ Please note, purchases made after 3 pm on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

⦁ Receive your purchase 3-6 business days after your order has been accepted.

⦁ How to track your order?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a short time period where your items are processed and dispatches. Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow the progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.

Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do out best to keep delays to a minimum. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of delay.
